Booking Policy
**SOMX Pickleball Online Booking Policy** 1. Trainer Fees & Court Rental When booking a session with SOMX Pickleball, the listed price covers the trainer's fee only. Court rental fees are separate and must be arranged and paid by the client directly to the facility. 2. Court Reservation Responsibility Clients are responsible for securing a court at their preferred location. If assistance is needed in finding an available court, SOMX Pickleball may provide recommendations but does not guarantee availability. 3. Payment & Cancellation - Payment for the trainer must be made at the time of booking. - Court rental fees are subject to the policies of the facility where the session is held. - Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. 4. Weather Policy For outdoor sessions, clients should check the facility's weather policy. If weather conditions prevent play, the session may be rescheduled based on trainer availability. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
